Marketing Sciences Unlimited Given Achievement in Customer Excellence Award by Confirmit

We are delighted to announce that we have just won an award from Confirmit, one of our technology partners.  Called the ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards, they are awarded for improving customer experience and boosting MR clients’ business results. We were the only UK-based research company to win this year.

Our award recognises our work for Simplyhealth in designing and implementing a state-of-the-art Customer Experience programme. Using the Confirmit platform, we provide a fully integrated online and phone survey solution across seven different touch-points about 3 different products. We also provide additional insight in the form of benchmark surveys, key drivers analysis and deep-dive qualitative interviews to uncover reasons for dissatisfaction. The survey has helped drive outstanding satisfaction and NPS levels, with the emphasis on continuous improvement.
