OS has changed its status to a GovCo and has to meet and balance the needs of a range of customers, partners and stakeholders, so needed rapid research to explore brand perceptions amongst key strategic customers & partners.

OUR SOLUTION

 

We  recruited and interviewed almost all OS’ key customers and partners, across B2B and B2G markets to provide a comprehensive view of their brand perceptions.

IMPACT OF OUR RESEARCH ON THE OS

 

The research is being is being used by the OS Board to drive future strategy. It has also been rolled out to all employees. We produced an animated film to bring the research to life and ensure everyone understands the needs of customers
