The UK’s largest flour miller, Rank Hovis may be best known for its Hovis® and Granary® bread flours, but did you know its products are also used in foods as diverse as fried chicken and chappatis?

Engaging stakeholders to identify opportunities

We worked with Rank Hovis to better understand the needs of its b2b customers across 15 different market segments to help identify Rank Hovis’ strengths and weakness, and how to address them.

We really enjoyed this project, speaking to a diverse range of businesses through telephone qualitative interviews to explore the key issues in this particular market, and then following this up with a quantitative survey to benchmark Rank Hovis against other suppliers to monitor the performance of these key issues.
