Following a number of years where Tesco were sometimes criticised for not caring enough about their customers, Tesco embarked on a huge £6m campaign to ‘Make Moments Matter’ for their customers – and return to excellent levels of service from staff.
So how have we helped Tesco?
By adopting mobile technology to enhance our data collection services, we have rolled out our Android tablets all over the UK to enable us to deliver this customer experience program on such a large scale – over 1 million interviews in the first year.
