Tesco embarked on an exciting project to showcase and raise awareness of their extended F&F Clothing Range online. As a true multi-channel retailer, they did this by using a pop-up shop in Covent Garden, where clothing was displayed and purchases could be made exclusively online using iPad stations in-store, on mobile phones or via QR links.

We were delighted to work with Tesco to monitor customer experience of the pop-up shop. Our work gave Tesco clear guidance on the project success, with ideas and recommendations for future implementations of the pop-up shop.
