With Insight teams in various markets around the globe, Twinings faced a common predicament where their global product testing protocols were inconsistent between markets.

3 year product development programme

We worked with Twinings to develop a 3 year programme of sensory profiling to be rolled out across key blends within each of the main types of tea in the major global markets.

The programme has helped to inspire the business to achieve more from their research budget, identify ‘white space’ for New Product Development and to bring together colleagues from across the globe to work together.
